en fait ( et tu n'as pas précisé ton type d'autoradio) VW travaille avec 2 antennes FM (antenne diversity) pour une meilleure réception. donc normalement a droite tu as une antenne FM avec un amplifier FM ( et eventuellement DAB si tu as l'option Digital audio Broadcast, la radio numérique quoi!) et a gauche tu as une antenne FM/ AM avec amplifier FM / AM. Dans ton cas il faudrait vérifier les deux cotés!!

Edit: autant pour moi, en relisant le post pour essayer de trouver une solution, j'ai vu que tu précisais une autoradio de deuxième monte! Ce pourrait-il que la radio ne soit branché que sur une seule antenne???? Si oui, j'aurais tendance à dire que la double antenne VW fonctionne bien avec une radio VW gérant la connectique VW 2 antennes FM et une seconde monte qui n'as besoin que d 'une seule antenne FM. Ta solution s'oriente peut-être par la mise en place d'une seule antenne FM sur le toit avec un cable jusq'au ton autoradio. Peut-être peux tu essayer avec une antenne sur le tableau de bord mis en provisoire pour voir si cela augmente la qualité de réception et si oui, la placée définitvement?

The aerial amplifiers for the „FM“ aerial and the optional „DAB“ aerial are located next to the rear right side window on C-pillar.
–   To remove, remove C-pillar trim → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
The aerial amplifier for the „AM/FM“ aerial is located next to the rear left side window on the C-pillar.
–   To remove, remove C-pillar trim → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
The aerial amplifier for the „auxiliary heater remote control“ aerial is located next to the rear left side window on the D-pillar.
–   To remove; remove D-pillar trim → General body repairs, interior; Rep. gr.70.
Continuation for all aerial amplifiers:
       
–   Remove bolt -arrow- and disconnect connectors -A and B-.
Installing:
Install in reverse order of removal.

Pour enlever le C pillar trim:

Removing
–   Remove airbag emblem -1- and remove bolt -2- (2 Nm).
  NoteWhen reinstalled, airbag emblem -1- must be renewed.
–   Release trim from door seal beading on right side.
–   Pull trim to rear and out of clips in C-pillar -arrow A-.
–   Pull trim with clip -3- inwards and out of mountings in C-pillar -arrow B-.

Le concessionnaire m'a dit que ça pouvais être qu'une vitre a été changée et que ça n'a pas été rebranché.
Et comme la voiture arrive d'Allemagne, le livre est également dans la langue et donc je comprends rien.

je précise que j'ai essayé 2 amplificateur d'antenne passif différent.

Cependant, est ce qu'il y a un branchement ou quelque chose dans les montants des vitres AR pour relier ces fil de métal a l'autoradio ? De façon a voir si c'est bien branché...

Car moi j'ai un autoradio de second monte et la réception FM/AM est de moins bonne qualité que mon RCD500 d'origine.

Bon et bien ça va être vite régler, je vais tirer un fil jusqu'à cette antenne requin !

j'ai un soucis de réception radio. J'ai alors démonté la partie sous l’antenne pour vérifier si le fil n'était pas débranché, et la surprise, rien, pas de fil ?

Où est il ? Il y en a pourtant un branché derrière mon autoradio.

Le concessionnaire me demande 180€ juste pour regarder ce voleur ! Et sans la réparation.
